1) Changed the main menu so that the save files stand out a bit more and also added the date that the file was saved.

2) Added the first head and necklace gear to the game and starting to display citizen stats in the player gear interface page. 

P.S. Clicking the middle mouse button will allow you to summon the head gear and necklace gear (for debugging purposes)
