1) You are now able to see what a citizen is carrying by looking at their inventory tab page (double click them and then look for the chest icon tab button).

2) There were a few bugs related to citizens collecting items that appear to now work properly, but time will tell. 

3) I will start to release Windows builds as some testers have informed me that the HTML build doesn't work for them. ( I haven't tested windows yet so not sure if everything will be in order)
