•  Activation Chance Adjustment:
  • Was: +2% activation chance per tier (+10% activation chance at max tier)
    • Example:
      • Base Chance: 30%
      • Max Tier Chance: 40%
  • Now: +20% of base activation chance per tier (+100% of base activation chance at max tier)
    • Example:
      • Base Chance: 30%
      • Max Tier Chance: 60%
