• Soulmancer skills showing with other character skills / spells

• Level Scaling wasn't working

• Closing the settings interface closed skill tree interface if both were open

Quality of Life Attempt(s):

• Camera positioning now specific to interfaces with zooming / scrolling capabilities (saves state for each of these interfaces)
